Dalitek Consulting Services LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating as DetailFlow, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the DetailFlow platform ("Platform"), including our website at detailflowpro.com and all associated subdomains.
By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. This Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
We may receive limited information from third-party services we integrate with, such as payment confirmation status from Stripe or delivery status from our messaging providers. We do not purchase personal data from data brokers.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects on you.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security (RLS) policies enforced at the database layer to ensure strict tenant isolation — each Detailer's data is logically separated and inaccessible to other Detailers. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and encryption at rest for stored data.
Payment card data is handled exclusively by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never receive, transmit, or store full payment card numbers.
While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
Detailers on the Platform act as the data controller for their customer booking information. DetailFlow acts as a data processor on behalf of the Detailer. Detailers are responsible for:
DetailFlow provides customer-facing disclosures on the booking flow and these policies to support Detailers in meeting their obligations.
When you provide a mobile number (as a Customer at booking or as a Detailer in Settings), we may use it to send transactional text messages as described in our Terms of Service (Section 11).

Each provider receives only the minimum data necessary to perform its function. Their use of data is governed by their respective privacy policies. We do not authorize any provider to use your data for purposes unrelated to our Platform.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. Specifically:

The Platform is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at Support@dalitek.us, and we will promptly delete such information.
The Platform is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you consent to such transfer and processing.
In the event of a data breach that compromises your personal information, we will notify affected users via email and/or in-app notification as promptly as practicable and in accordance with applicable state and federal breach notification laws. We will also notify relevant authorities as required by law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email to the address associated with your account and/or through a notice on the Platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
