What is DetailFlowPro?
DetailFlowPro is an auto detailing business management platform. It gives auto detailing businesses a branded online booking page, customer CRM, automated SMS reminders, Stripe payment processing, staff account management, and an analytics dashboard — all in one place.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features on that plan. No credit card is required to start your trial. You can set up your booking page, import customers, and take real bookings before you commit to a paid plan.
How quickly can I get set up?
Most detailers have their branded booking page live within 10–15 minutes of completing signup. Setup involves: entering your business details, configuring your services and pricing, and connecting a Stripe account to accept payments.
Do I need technical skills to use DetailFlowPro?
No technical skills required. DetailFlowPro is designed for detailers, not developers. If you can use a smartphone and fill out an online form, you can set up and run your DetailFlowPro account.
Does DetailFlowPro work for mobile detailers, shop-based detailers, or both?
Both. DetailFlowPro supports mobile detailers who travel to customers, shop-based operations with a fixed location, and hybrid businesses that do both. You can configure service areas, travel radius, and location-based availability.

How much does DetailFlowPro cost?
Plans start at $49/mo for Starter (online booking, CRM, reviews, dashboard), $99/mo for Growth (adds SMS reminders, staff accounts, AI chat, analytics), and $199/mo for Professional (adds full analytics, goals, white-label branding). A Founding Detailer rate of $29/mo is available for the first 100 businesses to join — see the pricing page for details.
What is the Founding Detailer price?
The Founding Detailer price is $29/mo — a $20/mo discount off the Starter plan, locked in for your first 12 months. This offer is limited to the first 100 detailers who join DetailFlowPro. After 12 months, your rate moves to the standard Starter price of $49/mo. The founding rate is applied at checkout by our team — sign up and contact support to claim it while spots remain.
Does DetailFlowPro take a commission on bookings?
Yes. DetailFlowPro charges a platform commission on payments processed through the platform (1–5% depending on your plan, in addition to standard Stripe processing fees). Higher plans have a lower commission rate. This commission covers payment infrastructure, fraud protection, and platform costs. Jobber and Housecall Pro do not charge a platform commission — only Stripe fees.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. DetailFlowPro is month-to-month with no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Cancel anytime from your billing settings. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Upgrade anytime — takes effect immediately and you are prorated for the difference. Downgrade anytime — takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You can change your plan from the Billing section of your dashboard.
Features
How does online booking work?
When you sign up, DetailFlowPro creates a branded booking page at a subdomain (e.g., yourshop.detailflowpro.com). Customers visit that page, select a service, pick a date and time from your live availability calendar, enter their vehicle and contact details, and pay online via Stripe. You receive an instant notification and the booking appears in your dashboard.
How do SMS reminders work?
DetailFlowPro automatically sends SMS text reminders to customers before their appointment — typically 24 hours before and again on the morning of the appointment. Customers can reply to confirm or cancel. You see their reply in your dashboard. Available on Growth and Professional plans.
How does staff management work?
On Growth and Professional plans, you can add staff accounts with their own login credentials. You can assign bookings to specific staff members, view each staff member's schedule, and control what each account can access. Staff accounts do not have billing or admin access by default.
What is the AI storefront chat?
The AI storefront chat is an auto-detailing-aware chat widget that appears on your booking page. It answers customer questions about your services, pricing, and availability — 24/7, without you being on the phone. The AI is trained on auto detailing terminology and common customer questions (ceramic coating, paint correction, PPF, etc.). Available on Growth and Professional plans.
Can I accept card payments through DetailFlowPro?
Yes. Payments are processed through Stripe. During setup you connect your Stripe account (or create one — it's free). Customers pay online when they book. Funds are deposited directly to your connected bank account, typically within 2 business days, minus the Stripe processing fee and DetailFlowPro platform commission.

Jobber is a generic field-service platform used by plumbers, landscapers, HVAC technicians, and 50+ other trades. DetailFlowPro is built exclusively for auto detailing businesses. Their comparable plan (Essentials) costs $149/mo — DetailFlowPro Growth with the same features is $99/mo, a $50/mo difference. Housecall Pro does not have auto-detailing-specific features. Can I import my existing customers into DetailFlowPro?
Yes. You can import customers from a CSV file. If you are switching from Jobber, Housecall Pro, or another platform, export your customer list in CSV format and import it into DetailFlowPro from the Customers section of your dashboard. Contact support if you need help with the import.
