How does the online booking page work?
When you sign up, DetailFlowPro creates a booking page at a subdomain you choose (e.g., myshop.detailflowpro.com). Customers visit the page, select a service from your menu, pick a date and time from your live availability calendar, enter their vehicle information, and pay online. The booking appears instantly in your dashboard.
Can I require a deposit at the time of booking?
Yes. You can require a deposit (any fixed amount or percentage of the service total) or collect the full payment at booking. Deposit settings are configured per-service in your dashboard.
What happens when a customer books?
You receive an instant push notification and email with the booking details. Your calendar is updated to block that time slot. The customer receives a confirmation email and SMS with their appointment details and a link to manage or cancel the booking.
Can I block off time or add blackout dates?
Yes. You can block specific time slots, full days, or date ranges directly from your dashboard calendar. Blocked times are immediately hidden from customers on the booking page.
