How to use this template
Download the CSV and open it in Excel or Google Sheets. Add your business name and contact info in a header row.
Never give a firm price for paint correction or ceramic coating without a physical inspection. Use the Price (Low) and Price (High) columns to give a range based on what you see.
Estimates should expire after 14–30 days. Prices for chemicals and time change; an open-ended estimate can come back to bite you.
Before starting any high-ticket job, get the customer to acknowledge the estimate in writing. The Customer Approved column tracks this. Send the estimate via email so there is a paper trail.
Once the customer approves, mark Converted to Booking = Y and collect the deposit. In DetailFlowPro, you can create the booking directly and charge the deposit through Stripe.

For standard services (washes, full details), give firm prices. For paint correction and ceramic coating, always give ranges — the actual time and effort required cannot be determined without seeing the vehicle.
14 days is standard for most services. For large ceramic coating jobs that involve scheduling months in advance, 30 days is reasonable. State the validity date clearly so customers do not try to book at an expired price.
