How to use this template
Never quote ceramic coating without seeing the vehicle. Paint condition determines how much correction is needed, which is the biggest variable in your price.
The Coating Coverage column should specify exactly which panels are included. Glass, wheels, calipers, and trim are typically add-ons — list them separately with separate prices.
Export your quote as a PDF and email it. This creates a formal paper trail, looks professional, and prevents the "I thought you said $X" dispute.
State the deposit amount and that it is required to hold the appointment date. For ceramic jobs, $400–$600 or 25–30% is standard.
