Use Customer Tags for segmentation

Tag customers as: Regular, High Value, Referral Source, Ceramic Client, At-Risk (has not booked in 90+ days), New. This lets you filter for targeted follow-up campaigns.

Calculate average ticket per customer

Total Revenue ÷ Total Bookings = Average Ticket. Customers with a high average ticket who have not booked in 60+ days are your highest-priority re-engagement targets.

Check "last booking date" monthly for re-engagement

Filter for customers whose last booking was 60–90+ days ago and send a re-engagement message. For regular customers, this is your most cost-effective marketing channel.

How do I handle customers who own multiple vehicles?

Use the Vehicle 1 and Vehicle 2 columns for customers with two vehicles. If a customer has three or more, add additional vehicle columns or track each vehicle as a separate row with a shared Customer ID.
